Different Type of Rental Properties

We have 3 categories of properties: Basic, Plus, and Premium.

• Basic properties = the homes that advertise but have not purchased any services.
• Plus properties = the homes that have purchased a higher ranking or a service. If they have purchased a service, it will be visible under "Services Purchased by the Landlord."
• Premium properties = The properties that we have selected to represent, and where we handle all viewings, contracts, inspections, and access, among other things.

Are Premium properties the most luxurious ones?

Yes and no. We choose people, not properties. Premium properties are the ones with the finest landlords who we believe will be the best towards a tenant. However, it does not necessarily mean that they are the most luxurious properties we have for rent.

How should I think about the different types of properties?

As with many things, landlords who have actually chosen to pay for services are the ones most committed and have the best attitude towards you as a tenant. There are certainly good landlords among our Basic properties, but our experience is that those who value our services are also the ones who value you as a tenant.
