Due to moving to Oslo, I will now rent out my newly renovated, super nice apartment at Hagalund Borlänge. Grocery store 50 m across the road, 2 min walk to the center and bus, 5 min to Kupolen shopping center, Ikea, large Coop, etc., quiet and nice area where the entire home is in a courtyard where no one passes by except those who live here. What is included in the rent is: 2 toilets + shower & washing machine, wardrobe, parking, heating + electricity, hot water and bicycle storage. Parking directly outside the gate + 24h parking behind the house where you can stand for weeks. All rooms in the apartment are large with high ceilings and good space. Rented furnished, but some furniture can be carried up to find if desired. 3 latest salary specs + references are taken. Only serious tenants with full time job, 100% student or other quick income. Preferably cat-free, otherwise animals are ok.
