I offer furnished and unfurnished apartments in Luleå, both in City center and up to 2 km outside with good bus contacts to city or Porsön. Contracts are signed directly with the landlord for the house so no second-hand contracts. We prefer long contracts and can sometimes have shorter renters also. Rents are paid in beforehand and with signed contract. Sizes of apartments are from 1 room to three room apartments with a rent starting from 5000 SEK (20 sq meters) and upwards to max 78 sq meters), we can offer separate parking for cars (with heater) The furnished apartment is an apartment that comes with the furniture you’ll need to live in the space, like a couch, beds, tables, a refrigerator/freezer, micro, water cooker, lamps, toaster, a stove and basic appliances. It also provides things like towels, blankets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. You’ll likely find artwork on the walls and other décor. A washer and dryer might be included.
