From the beginning of 2021 however the electricuty prices skyrocketed resulting in nearly trebling the electricity bill. Prices have been volatile since then and are expected to be so for the foreseeable future. Electricity is also the main cost of utility services.
It is proposed that all utilities be paid separately from the rent, as a fixed amount of 5000SEK per month, including heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, water and sewarage fees, garbage collection.
