We rent out our lovely and unique architect-designed villa for about 3 months this winter. 1 Dec to last February. It has everything you could possibly need. Own lake/pool, sandy beach and sauna house with relaxation/shower next to it. (we bathe and bathe in the winter as well) The house has a cozy atmosphere with 3 children's bedrooms on the upper floor with associated children's bathrooms. The master bedroom with its own large bathroom is also upstairs. Also a TV corner with video games. The entrance floor has a large and lovely kitchen with a view over the terrace/lake. A lounge group with a grand piano right next to it, and a living room with a large sofa and TV at the other end. There is also a third bathroom here. The basement level has a cozy laundry room with a Lego corner and a multifunctional room that can be a cinema lounge and yoga/exercise/boxing room. On the basement level there is also a bedroom with a double bed. We can be somewhat flexible with the dates. The area is a cozy residential area with proximity to good schools and easy access to the inner city. Our plot is adjacent to other plots, but thanks to untouched nature, the location feels like a small oasis in the middle of the residential area.
