We wish to rent out our generous, re-furbished, 3-room (75 m2) apartment in the idyllic Tullinge, which is very safe and children-friendly neighborhood in close proximity to both the nature and public transport – ca. 10 minutes walk to Tullinge Center and 7 min to Tullinge commuters train (Pendeltåg) station (the train reaches Stockholm C in 20 min, Huddinge Hospital in 3 min). The apartment is located on the ground floor, has its own covered parking place for up to 2 cars, a storage shed, terrace, back and front yard – it feels almost like a house. The apartment is part of a residential estate surrounded by forests, away from the street, which provides peace and quiet. There are plenty of recreation areas nearby: walking/jogging, cycling and cross-country trails and the lake. There is a playground for kids just by the back yard. Local kindergarten and primary school is within 5 min walking distance. The apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe wall, a smaller bedroom, large and bright living room with exit to the terrace and fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom and an extra walk-in closet. In the bathroom floor heating is installed. The rent is 13 000 SEK/month (incl. heating, water, garbage disposal, internet, cable TV, parking) plus electricity according to the bills. Apartment is currently partially furnished with space for additional furniture. We wish to rent for a year with possibility for yet another year because of work in Göteborg.
