THE HOUSE;
The house is 165 square meters divided on two floors. It was built 1947 but has been renovated in several rounds. Heating is provided through geothermal heat pump, which was replaced with a new one in 2020.

THE SURROUNDINGS;
The house and garden are located near several recreation areas, e.g. the natural reserves of Gömmaren, Lida and Flottsbro. Nearby, you find several schools, sports facilities, hospital as well as shopping areas, for example Huddinge centre and Skärholmen. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk and 5 minutes to bicycle to Huddinge centre, where also a train and bus station is located. The train ride from Huddinge to Stockholm central takes approximately 16 minutes.
