In the idyllic, quiet and safe villa area of Saltsjö-Duvnäs this charming house is surrounded by nature in a secluded garden. The location is still only 10 min by car or 17 min by bus from Slussen in Stockholm.
The villa has been delightfully renovated by the interior designer Maria Ribbing, is well isolated and quiet with underfloor heating throughout. On the ground floor is the entrance hallway, the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The ground floor opens up to a terrace dedicated to the tenants and on the second floor is a bedroom/office and a west facing balcony.
Rådjursvägen is adjacent to beautiful lake Långsjön, where you can go swimming, have a barbecue at a permanent outdoor grill, and exercise at the free outdoor gym facilities. Saltsjö Duvnäs Tennis Club has their tennis indoor tennis courts within 4 min walking distance from the house by the lake. The lake is the starting point of a nature reserve with running and walking paths.
Free car parking. Bus stop Skogalund with multiple routes (405, 409, 410, 411C, 413, 414, 420, 422) located across the road on Värmdövägen.
Ektorp Centre is 6 minutes walking distance away and there you find two food stores, two gyms, a bakery and cafe, post office, a kiosk, a pub, a hotel and several restaurants, as well as Nacka Hospital which has an A&E ward.
Three minutes by car or five minutes by bus in direction Stockholm will take you to Ica Maxi and Nacka Forum where you find most shops and facilities such as pharmacies, banks and the Systembolaget liquor store etc. There are excellent cycling paths to the City, and local transport, with several different busses takes you to Slussen in 17 minutes.
Internet and waste collection are included. In addition to the rent there is a fixed cost for water, heating and electricity at 2.500 SEK per month. The house is furnished but we can remove some of the pieces of furniture if you have some of your own as per agreement.
We are looking for likeminded smoke and pet free tenants (we have got a cat) to care for our beautiful villa and to be our neighbours. Available for rent form 6 months to 3 years.
