Spacious house in wonderful Saltsjö-Duvnäs!
Saltsjö-Duvnäs is a quiet, but still close to the city centre of Stockholm. Close to the sea, close to Nacka nature reserve, Långsjön, a child-friendly swimming area around the corner, a lovely walk to Nyckelviken and at the same time only 15 minutes by bus from Stockholm city.
Saltsjö-Duvnäs school with F-6 and Långsjönsförskola 5 minutes' walk from the house.
In the center of Ektorp (10 minutes' walk) there is a bakery, grocery store, flower shop, gym and yoga studio.
Carport accommodates one car and on the driveway additional space for another car. Large garden, partly suitable for children with swings, playhouse and trampoline and one part more wild. Adjacent to the kitchen is a balcony and a lounge, depending on the time of day there is both sun and shade, from morning to evening.
Upstairs - four (bedrooms) and a familyroom with TV, and bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
Entrance floor - large kitchen, kitchen island (two ovens, wine cooler, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and fireplace) with dining area for 10-12p. Storage where you can also find a large freezer.
