We are renting out an apartment, the entire top floor with a with a large southwest-facing balcony overlooking a lush garden.The location is Saltsjöbaden, a beautiful and renowned archipelago area close to Stockholm, famous for its proximity to the sea, beaches, boating, and outdoor life. It is 200 meters to the Skogsö nature reserve, a large forest with scenic walking and jogging trails, as well as a nice spot for barbecuing. The area offers great recreational activities such as golf, tennis, padel, jogging, biking, and cross-country skiing (on a prepared ski track). Saltsjöbaden is Stockholm’s center for sailing and boating, with many boats and competitions on the waters of Baggensfjärden.
25 min to the city centre by car and 850 m from Igelboda station from where you can take public transport to the city.

We are renting out the entire top floor, which has its own main entrance, a staircase leading up to the apartment, and an open, bright living room from which the three bedrooms/lounge, kitchen, and bathroom are accessed.
The master bedroom has five full-sized wardrobes, a fireplace, and a large southwest-facing balcony. It can be used as living room if it suits your needs better. The two other bedrooms also face the garden and are of good sizes. The small, but modern, floor-heated bathroom includes a wall-hung toilet, foldable shower doors, a towel dryer, and a window with a view.
The apartment can be rented furnished or semifurnished.
Garden:
You will have the entire top floor at your disposal, with access through your own entrance and staircase. You will also have access to part of the the garden, which includes a pergola and garden furniture with a table in front of the house.
