2.8 km to Kista Galleria shopping centre, which includes a big South Asian and Middle Eastern food supermarket called Kista Grossen.
1.5 km to an ICA grocery store located at Helenelunds station.
3.2 km to Sollentuna Centrum - shopping centre at distance.
3 min walk to Silverdal torg where there is one convenience store, two restaurants, and one gym.

Tegelhagen Nature Reserve (0.9 km2) is situated close by (3 min walking distance).
A wonderfully idyllic ancient forest area, including some meadows. The area extends to the sea bay of Edsviken (20 minutes walk), with a sand beach, some small piers, and numerous walking trails.
No smokers, no pets.

The renting period could eventually be slightly adapted, if required by the tenant.
