Welcome to rent our wonderful house in Äppelviken, Bromma - one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea and nature. A very quiet and safe area. Within walking distance there are three bakeries, cafes, restaurants. Its a two minutes walk to a big track and soccer field. There are plenty of walking paths and running tracks around. You can reach Stockholm city within 20 min with bus/metro.
The total area of the house, approximately 260 square meters, is distributed over three floors. A separate entrance from the basement. On the upper floor there are currently three good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Above the upper floor there is additional space with an unfurnished attic of 55 square meters with limited headroom but perfect for storage.
The entrance floor offers a kitchen that will make your heart beat a few extra beats for those interested in food. The kitchen was imported from Italy, Florence, and offers gas, grill, ceramic hob and cooker. There is plenty of additional cold storage space (approximately 20 square meters) and a former garage with its own entrance from Svedjevägen which is now used as storage space. Towards the back of the house you will find a terrace which is excellent for breakfasts, coffee, lunch or why not a dinner in the afternoon sun. The garden with apple trees, among other things, is easy to maintain and faces south.
The house has a solid facade, painted in 2018 last. Drainage was done about 20 years ago. Geothermal heating is used today and is distributed via water-borne underfloor heating in the kitchen and part of the basement as well as radiators in other spaces. Thanks to its corner plot, it is easy to park several cars, both towards Svedjevägen and Röjningsstigen. The house has been inspected.
