Welcome to rent our wonderful house in Äppelviken, Bromma - one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea and nature. A very quiet and safe area. Within walking distance there are three bakeries, cafes, restaurants. Its a two minutes walk to a big track and soccer field. There are plenty of walking paths and running tracks around. You can reach Stockholm city within 20 min with bus/metro.

The total area of the house, approximately 260 square meters, is distributed over three floors. A separate entrance from the basement. On the upper floor there are currently three good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Above the upper floor there is additional space with an unfurnished attic of 55 square meters with limited headroom but perfect for storage.

The entrance floor offers a kitchen that will make your heart beat a few extra beats for those interested in food. The kitchen was imported from Italy, Florence, and offers gas, grill, ceramic hob and cooker.
