You live between two metro lines and have a short walk to the Skogskyrkogården metro station and Kärrtorp metro station. The subway takes 8 minutes to the downtown area. It's in traffic until 2 a.m., and then there are night buses. But why not ride your bike?
You also have lakes and public beaches in the vast Nacka nature preserve. In addition, a short walk away, you find an indoor swimming pool and a free outdoor swimming pool during the summer. If you are interested in architecture and landscaping, you live blocks away from a Unesco World Heritage site, The Forrest Cemetery. Despite its function, it's also a popular place for long walks.
In the wintertime, you can go downhill skiing from nearby Hammarbyhöjden with the downtown area in full view. It's only two subway stops away. Or you can go ice skating on the lakes.
