Make yourself at home in our cosy, modern apartment in the picturesque Årsta Torg right beside a natural reserve. Årsta is known for being a haven for families and really close to the city center (on the other side of the water from Södermalm). A variety of public transports (bus, train and tram) are available and easy to reach. All services exist at Årsta Torg (supermarket, medical center, gym, schools, bars, theater...). The apartment has been renovated in 2022 and is east-south oriented welcoming in generous light during the entire day.
The apartment is divided in 2 sections and has 2 entrances.
In the main wing of the apartment you will find:
1 entrance: coat hanger and very large wardrobe for all kinds of needs according to seasons.
1 corridor: very spacious and airy hall facilitating the access to the different rooms.
1 kitchen with dining room: renovated kitchen 2022, with convection oven, induction stove top, side-by-side fridge and freezer and a brand new smart dishwasher. Space is pragmatically organized, allowing a rational usage of the surface for cooking, recycling and moving around. Seats for 4-6 pers.
