Although the apartment has not undergone major altering renovations the past 20 years, essential maintenance, minor upgrades, and necessary repairs were carried out in the spring of 2025; such as, waterproof re-sealing the kitchen and new oven purchased in 2023. Notably, all the walls throughout the apartment are freshly painted.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has the capacity to accommodate either a bathtub or a washing machine. Additionally, a new bathroom sink was installed during the summer of 2024. There is a double door at the entrance, significantly reducing noise and enhancing heat retention.

The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchenware. Water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich grill, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and a clothing iron.
Additionally, I have constructed a versatile room-divider. The room is spacious enough to allow for temporary or permanent division, creating a private and cozy bedroom area. When not in use it can be easily folded and stored neatly on the side.
