I am looking for new tenants for my beautiful apartment of 75sqm in Kista Tower, the apartment is on the 14th floor with a fantastic view over Stockholm! The apartment is located about 10 meters from Kista Galleria and about 2min walking distance to the metro and bus that takes you to the inner city in about 12 min. I rent out the apartment furnished internet, and TV are included in the rent. There is access to parking space in the house garage for a monthly fee. A deposit of 3 month's rent is required and can be returned upon the move-out, provided that the apartment is in reasonable condition. I would like you who rent to have plans to live in the apartment for a longer period, at least 1 year have a permanent job or other proof of income. The price is set and can not be discussed. No pets allowed.
