We rent out our charming second home at Fridhemsplan, Kungsholmen, for about 1 year with the possibility of extension: 2022-09-19 ← → 2023-08-01. Here you get an optimally planned apartment with a balcony in sun position. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom, light herringbone parquet and several windows with a fantastic light. An elevator is available and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Cleaning is included once a month. The apartment is rented furnished and there is a washer / dryer and dishwasher.
Best location in Stockholm
You are really close to EVERYTHING! Kungsholmen is close to both City, Vasastan, Östermalm and Södermalm. The apartment is located next to the large popular Rålambshovsparken with the water right next door. North Mälarstrand, which has perhaps Stockholm's most beautiful promenade, is only 400 meters away. In the area there is a wide range of restaurants and grocery stores with a short walk.
Communication
The apartment is located 300 meters from Fridhemsplan's metro, which takes you to the T-central in 4 minutes. Stockholm's best buses, the 1st and 4th also run right outside, which takes you to most places in Stockholm. Along the north of Mälarstrand there is plenty of parking, so for those of you who have a car, this is a golden location.
The price includes:

At check-in, the apartment has been cleaned for which we pay, at check-out we book a moving cleaning that you are responsible for, costs SEK 2,000. A deposit is paid with a monthly rent.
