The apartment is in Kungsholmen, 86 kvm, very well planned with two bedrooms, big walk in closet with place for a desk and nice living room and kitchen. The apartment is facing southwest on the 6th floor so there will be sun between 13-19. Its a bright apartment. We have a nice inner garden too. The subway station with access to two lines is just a fee minutes away. Plenty of busses are available in 5 mints walk. Walking to the T-central is about 25 mins (2 stops by subway and 5 mins) and st-eriksplan is 15 mins walk.
The flat will rent furnished and it includes water, heating, internet and TV + service cost. Electricity will not be included. The apartment has an indoor parking garage for rent (SEK 1500) we need to check if we can rent our spot to someone else or that you will need to add to the queue.
We want to rent it out around mid Jun och beginning of July or latest in August. The rental period will be one year with potential to extend one more year (both pending approval of the housing association) but if you are good tenants/neighbors this should not be a problem.
