We can't describe how much we love our apartment and it is with mixed feelings that we have decided to rent it out due to working abroad. We hope to find someone who will take as good care of it as we would have done! Single or couple, with or without a child, it doesn't matter. The important thing is that we trust each other and that you understand the importance of taking good care of the apartment as it is actually our home you are renting.
The apartment is located at the top floor of the last house on Kristinebergs Strand with lake views from all windows and a beautiful panoramic view of Ulvsundasjön. The apartment is flooded with bright light, even during winter time, due to its southwest location and its completely unobstructed view. With the nature as the closest neighbour, this is a quiet and private living. The balcony’s west/northwest location boasts stunning sunsets and as the last house on a dead-end street, it is water and boats passing by instead of cars. The jetty is right outside the door, inviting for both morning and evening swims, as well as winter bath. The “beach walk” up to Kristinbergklippor is right outside the door, and for those who like water activities, the location offers the best opportunities for SUP or kayaking. The association has a sauna and green area for bbq.
All rooms, except for the kitchen and bathroom, are newly renovated and in the master bedroom there is a full wall with Ballingslöv's luxurious wardrobe interior and specially made blackout curtains for a calm and comfortable feeling. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished, whatever suits you best. There is a shared laundry area on the entrance floor with good accessibility. We don’t want smokers. Pets can be discussed. The location is perfect with a short distance to the public transport with Metro blue line Stadshagen, and green line Kristineberg, as well as city buses 54, 61 and 74. In the summer, the shuttle boat M/S Hamnskär runs between Hornsbergs Strand and Riddarholmen. All amenities are within a short walk such as ICA Maxi, Systembolaget, various fitness centers, pharmacies and dry cleaning. There are several restaurants and for the gourmet there are a farm shop and a fantastic fish and seafood shop.
There is no better place to live and with the possibility to move in from March 1st you have the opportunity to welcome spring with an early swim.
