We are renting out our furnished turn-of-the-century apartment on Roslagsgatan due to work abroad.
The apartment is well laid out with high ceilings and beautiful light. It has a working fireplace and a balcony facing the courtyard with morning sun. We have used the second bedroom as a child's room, but there's also a loft bed that works great for guests. Next to the bedrooms, there is an area that can be used as a workspace.
Within walking distance, you'll find some of the city's best restaurants, and the parks Hagaparken and Vanadislunden are just a few minutes away, with several playgrounds and plenty of green spaces.
Available for rent for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The apartment comes furnished, but we are open to the tenant's preferences.
