The apartment is centrally located in Vasastan, just a 6-minute walk to Odenplan and Rådmansgatan subway stations. There is a grocery store around the corner, where you can also dispose of larger waste items. The neighborhood is filled with many nice restaurants and cafés! The housing association also has a very pleasant courtyard.
The apartment is on the second floor and features large windows and high ceilings, allowing for wonderful natural light.
I prefer tenants who intend to stay for a longer period. Please feel free to tell me a bit about yourselves and provide any references. Move-in is as soon as possible, though the housing association will need to approve the lease once the rental agreement is established.
