Nice charming furnished villa in turn-of-the-century style in picturesque Duvbo. The villa has a glazed outdoor room and a large nice wooden terrace with barbecue. The whole area is an idyll with many nice houses and close to communications (600 meters to the metro) and only 12 minutes from Stockholm's inner city. Sundbyberg center is reached with a walk of about 20 minutes and there are all communications such as thesubway, commuter trains and buses. Sweden's largest center Mall of Scandinavia is 3 km away. Duvbo is beautifully situated by two lakes, Lötsjön and Råstasjön where there are walking paths, playgrounds, outdoor gym, adventurous mini golf course and community swimming pool. Sundbyberg is Sweden's smallest municipality to the surface and has Sweden's most restaurant-dense area (Stockholm's inner city excluded). Sundbyberg as a municipality arranges a lot of fun as the 6th of June celebration, crayfish and sour herring record, spring and autumn market. We will test living abroad for six months with possible extension, We want to rent to a couple / family who take care of our nice house as if it were their own, Welcome!
