A very charming home in a Landshövdingehus (a traditional Swedish-style building) with a large inner courtyard. The apartment is located half a flight up with an entrance from the courtyard. The laundry room and waste/recycling station are conveniently located nearby. The staircase only contains three apartments, one on each floor.
The area also has several restaurants and shops.
There is excellent public transportation from Gamlestads Torg, including trams (5 minutes to Drottningtorget), buses, and trains.
Because the apartment is on the first floor, it also has thicker walls than the apartments above, providing good sound insulation against outside noise.
