It's free to advertise on Residensportalen. However , there are services to buy if you want more help with your rental or sublet. After your registration you will immediately be activated as a Basic Property (you advertise free of charge).
That means you can advertise your property for free. You have the possibility after activation to purchase certain services under "Plus Services " on your profile page. Basic Properties are often those who are selected by medium-sized companies, smaller companies and individuals. Tenants will contact you directly after they have gained access to our database of properties and if they match your criteria.
